If you remember, last month we reported on an ambitious project called Apeiron, which aims to recreate the first Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic RPG in Unreal Engine 4. Though we saw a few pics released along with the announcement, there wasn’t any actual in-engine footage. The above video officially changes that.

Giving a fly-by of Taris’ underground, the ill-fated Endar Spire, and Tatooine, the four minute video is mainly there to show off the architecture and crowded city scapes, so don’t expect any combat scenes just yet. Still, for being so early in development, and supposedly planning to release as a free game, it’s impressive how advanced it has become.
