Konami teases new releases and remasters for their “well-known series”

Konami is teasing lots of new developments in their forthcoming portfolio, hinting longtime fans may have their wishes come true soon.

The developer posted their New Years 2023 greeting where they teased “power-ups” and “new developments” for their “well-known series”, promising fans they aim to “make even greater strides.”

In case you missed it – the company has been on a roll lately with seemingly giving fans what they want: they announced a bunch of new Silent Hill games, including a remake of the beloved second game.

Their recently released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is also very excellent, the latest in their line of classic collection re-releases.

Here’s the word from the developer:

Konami New Years 2023 Message

Happy New Year to all game fans! Thank you very much for enjoying many of our games last year.

This year is only the Year of the Rabbit, and we are planning power-ups and new developments for our well-known series, aiming to make even greater strides.

In addition, new projects that we have yet to announce to you are also deeply and quietly underway. Please look forward to our further progress.
