    Happinet will be adapting Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!! (Kobayashi is so Cute It’s Painful!!) as a visual novel for the Nintendo 3DS, which will include original holiday scenarios for Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day that don’t appear in the manga on which the VN is based.

    The manga revolves around the fraternal twins Mitsuru and Megumu Kobayashi. The brother and sister decide to attend each other’s schools, and Megumu soon discovers that the popular school her brother had been attending is, in fact, a school for delinquents. When Megumu is accosted by bullies, she meets a boy with an eye patch.


    The release date for the 3DS game is yet to be announced, but we do know it will be this year.

    Viz Media has licensed the manga series for North America under the title, So Cute It Hurts!!, and the first volume will be released in June.
