    An anime project featuring the virtual YouTuber Kizuna AI has been announced.

    At the time of publishing, not much is known about the upcoming anime. However the project represents a first for the virtual idol business and there’s few VTubers more appropriate than Kizuna AI.

    Kizuna AI is considered one of the first VTubers after she debuted in 2016. In fact, Kizuna is credited with coining the term “Virtual YouTuber” in the first place.
