Kickbeat is a unique music game in that your fighting performance directly affects how well the music plays, think of it as Guitar Hero meets Street Fighter – or something like that.

The game has seen release on Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita, but now it’s set for release on PC via Steam, and it’s coming this month: January 20th to be exact. The Steam Edition of the game features enhanced visuals, an expanded soundtrack (featuring songs by Electronic Super Joy), and adjustments to difficulty and progression through the campaign based on player feedback.

The Steam Edition of Kickbeat also brings fully customizable keyboard controls and support for controllers, Steam Achievements, Steam Trading Cards, and even cloud save support. The Steam release will cost only $10 dollars, and you can view the Steam page for Kickbeat here.
