Key Artwork for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

Activision and Vicarious Visions have shared the key artwork for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.

Featured above, the key artwork shows off the titular bandicoot, his sister Coco, as well as both Doctor Neo Cortex and Doctor Nitrus Brio. It should be worth mentioning this isn’t the same artwork shown on the game’s box.

The trilogy includes remakes of the first three games in the series: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is launching for PlayStation 4 on June 30th, worldwide.

I’m surprised that isn’t the actual boxart.

Looks pretty good. Can’t wait for the game – it looks to be a remaster done right.

CTR is great but it doesn’t really fit in with the first three games, as it’s a racing game. Remaking only the first three allowed the developers to use a common unified engine for all three. CTR would definitely need its own specialised game engine.

Crash 3 re-master yes!! Can’t wait to be upset at the game when it makes me have to run towards the screens in the levels where I have to go down two seperate paths and then back in the same life to get all the boxes.

Where’s his girlfriend? I kind of hate how they replaced her with his little sister in #2 and #3 because someone in corporate wanted to make the series more kid friendly.

Tawna is in the game and they even redid some of her animations.

Not the Engine, the controller which is the set of code that is used to control the character the player uses. It would indeed need it’s own controller for the cars while these 3 games use the same controller for Crash. It would also require the cars to be balanced and online multiplayer support which could be too much of a hassle.
