Yahoo News Japan reports that voice actress Mami Yamashita has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
Yamashita is best known for voicing Margay in Kemono Friends, and for her performance in the stage play Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibōgamine Gakuen THE STAGE 2018. She has also had additional unnamed voice roles in One Piece and Dragon Ball Super.
In her official Twitter announcement, Yamashita assures fans she is doing her best to stay comfortable and that the worst thing is the worry she may have infected someone else in her asymptomatic period. She finishes by telling fans she will return to work as soon as possible.
