The upcoming anime adaptation of Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi (Mysteries, Maidens and Mysterious Disappearances) is set to premiere sometime in 2024.

The series is the latest from creator Nujima who had some success with their series Torako, Anmari Kowashicha Dame da yo (Torako! Don’t Break Everything!).

Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi follows Ren Adashino, a young man familiar with matters of the occult. While working at a bookstore, his co-worker Sumireko Ogawa inadvertently gets caught up in the supernatural.

Together the two expose the mysteries of the city.
