Japanese players are stealing everything in Starfield

Starfield stealing

Gone are the days of dragging an object away from the NPCs to steal it, because now there’s a whole extra step.

The usual stealing tactics in Bethesda’s games include obscuring an NPC’s vision, mostly by placing a bucket in their head, or by taking the object you want to steal to another room.

Starfield does things differently, by considering it theft when a player moves an object they don’t own. Japanese players figured out that this doesn’t trigger if you use an object you own to move another object, though.

You can watch a Japanese player ransack everything below:

We’ll have a review of Starfield soon, so keep an eye out for that.

Starfield is available on Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam).
