• Japanese Gal Gun Publisher Alchemist Files for Bankruptcy

    We’ve learned (via 4Gamer.net) that Japanese publisher Alchemist has filed for bankruptcy.

    The publisher is known for games like Higurashi When they Cry, Umineko, and most recently Gal Gun: Double Peace.

    They actually made the file back on April 1st, in the Sapporo district court.

    This won’t affect PQube’s worldwide release of Gal Gun: Double Peace.
