Round 1, the Japanese bowling and arcade chain, is opening up several new locations in the United States.
The new locations for the arcade chain (via あーぢ) will include: Sun Valley, California; Southwest, Colorado; Grapevine, Texas; Exton, Pennsylvania; Broadway Mall, New York; and Stonecrest, Georgia.
The time frame for each location to open shop ranges from May of this year (for Grapevine, Texas) to spring of next year for the Exton, PA location.
Round 1 is known for offering the latest Japanese arcade games via location tests, with their current USA offerings including:
- GrooveCoaster 3 from Japan (Beginning of April)
All locations - Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games
March: Puente Hills, Arlington Parks, Southcenter Mall, Eastridge Mall, Silver City Galleria
April: All other locations - Nesica Cross Live from Japan (End of March)
All locations - Ghostbusters (Middle of March)
All locations - Disney Tsum Tsum (Beginning of April)
