Jackbox Games Steam Weekend Sale Gives Quiplash Away for Free

Jackbox Games Weekend Steam Sale

Jackbox Games have announced a Steam Weekend Party Sale, complete with Quiplash being given away for free.

The studio’s games are typically party games, where players can play via their smartphone, tablet, laptop, or any web-browsing device. Players join the game via a room code (generated at the start of every game, and which can be shared online for an “audience” to participate), and are tasked with giving funny answers or drawings. Players typically do not know who wrote an answer until after voting.

The weekend Steam sale see the Jackbox Party Packs 1 through 7 being discounted (from 60% to 35% off), along with stand-alone versions of You Don’t Know Jack, Fibbage XL, Drawful 2, and the games’ soundtracks. The highlight of the deal however is Quiplash, being completely free.

The game quickly took off among streamers, prompting them and their friends to come up with hilarious answers to questions like what is really at the end of a double rainbow, and a hit song from the hypothetical Fart: The Musical.

You can find the full rundown (via Steam) below.

For 3-8 Players and an Audience of thousands!

The team behind the hit party games YOU DON’T KNOW JACK, Fibbage, and Drawful presents Quiplash, the laugh-a-minute battle of wits and wittiness! Use your phone or tablet to answer simple prompts like “Something you’d be surprised to see a donkey do” or “The worst soup flavor: Cream of _____.”

No rules, no correct answers! Say whatever you want!

Your answer is pitted against another player’s answer in a head-to-head clash of cleverness and comedy (or just “Which answer is least stupid?”). Other players – and even an Audience of people waiting to get in the next game – then vote for their favorite answer.

Quiplash is a go-to party game that everyone can play and enjoy!

Jackbox Games Steam Weekend Sale ends April 26th, 6:00 p.m.
