It’s that time of the year again where we carve pumpkins, buy sexy costumes, and kill zombie robots. Blizzard’s titanic first person shooter, Overwatch has officially started it’s Halloween event. Featured above, you can view a trailer introducing the game’s new content.
Running now until November 1st, players will have the chance to one of the spooky Halloween skins for some of their favorite heroes. 12 heroes total will have special costumes, and there will also be plenty of unique voice lines and taunts for the players to unlock.
Along with the new unlockables, there is also a new Brawl for the players to participate in. Four players must face off against the undead Omnic armies of Dr. Junkenstein. There are only four playable characters in this mode, McCree, Ana, Soldier 76, and Hanzo.
Each player chooses one of these characters and must work together to fight off waves of robot enemies, as well as some familiar faces. So prepare yourselves for combat as we all desperately try to unlock that Mercy costume.

Why’s it so hard to pull off copying TF2?

October 12, 2016 at 12:30 pmFuck Blizzard. Just more shameless money grubbing, making players pay real money to gamble on the possibility of getting randomly inserted items, in a game they ALREADY paid for. But hey, you could always grind for a month and maybe earn enough coins for one item!

Is Overwatch dead already? That was fast.

October 12, 2016 at 9:44 pmHaving played this event, it’s not much to talk about. They added a shittier version of Mann vs Machine from TF2 and some cosmetics. That’s it. There’s not even an actual Halloween map, to my knowledge anyway. Pretty underwhelming.
