VShojo talent Ironmouse has announced she is leaving VShojo and claims that the talent agency owes over $500,000 to the Immune Deficiency Foundation.
In a video announcement, Ironmouse gave her side of the story. For those who don’t know, Ironmouse herself has struggled with chronic illness and her charity efforts have become a large part of her work. It’s this charity work that helped her go toe-to-toe with mainstream streamers like Kai Cenat when competing over subs.
You can check out her announcement below.
As a result of the announcement, multiple talents have distanced themselves from VShojo, Froot, Kson, Henya, and more have removed VShojo from their social media profiles. Kson in particular went further, demanding answers from VShojo directly.

VShojo debuted in 2020 as an answer to the (at the time) underserved English-speaking VTuber audience. Ironmouse was lone of the company’s founding members and has since become the de facto face of the agency.
Since the announcement, artists, contractors, and other talents have spoken up about their negative experiences with VShojo. Independent VTuber Shylily in particular called out the company for their contract containing “red flags” and “legal robbery”.
At the time of writing, VShojo has not issued a response to the allegations.
