Conspiracy, stealth, hijacking of corporate secrets…that’s what Klei entertainment’s Invisible Inc was about, and while it is already available on PC (through Early Access), a console release didn’t seem to be in the game’s future. That changes today, with a formal announcement on the Playstation EU blog that reveals the procedurally generated thriller to be coming out exclusively for Sony’s PS4.

For those wondering when the actual release date is, you might already know the answer:

As the trailer suggests, we don’t have a set launch date yet, but we’re working hard to get it to you as soon as we can. There’s a lot of work to be done, and as soon as we have more information, we’ll post it here.

Made by the same team that did Don’t Starve, Invisible Inc has you sneaking into businesses and swiping industry secrets without alerting the guards. It’s part Shadowrun, part nethack, and has already gathered a bit of a following in the PC realm. Klei entertainment is obviously hoping that continues onto the PS4 as well.

The PC version will be formally released this May 12th, if you can’t wait till the console release.
