Idea Factory and Felistella have announced a joint business venture, where Idea Factory will buy out a portion of Felistella’s corporate stock.

The first measure coming from this new partnership is the hiring of new talent – both companies have opened up a recruitment page for Idea Factory’s Tokyo and Felistella’s Gifu studios.

While Idea Factory and Felistella worked on the Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth series, now both companies will be sharing development prowess between each other – including the birth of new IPs.
