Capcom has announced that Ibuki will be added to Street Fighter V at the end of June, along side the Cinematic Story update.
Ibuki was originally supposed to come out at the end of May, but was ultimately delayed in order to fine tune her playability some more.
They expanded upon this and said that future updates may be delayed for similar reasons.
They also addressed issues of input delay that many players have been reporting and are looking into the issue.
