Publisher Nightdive Studios and developer The Dreamers Guild have announced a modern console re-release for I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream, the classic horror game based on the classic 60’s novel of the same name.
I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream is set to be re-released for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5 on March 27th. This is the first time the game is being ported to home consoles.
Originally released for MS-DOS back in 1995 and co-developed by Cyberdreams and The Dreamers Guild with original novel/creator Harlan Ellison co-designing the game, it was later ported to modern PC’s (via Steam) in 2013 by Nightdive Studios and for smartphones in 2016.
