Publisher PlayWay S.A. and developer SimulaM announced I Am Jesus Christ is getting a free prologue, a standalone demo they’re releasing before the full game.

I Am Jesus Christ: Prologue is releasing on December 1st as a standalone free trial on PC (via Steam), setting the stage for the real deal full game – which is set for a release in Q1 2023.

Players can expect over an hour of gameplay in the prologue, and is seemingly set when Jesus is tempted by Satan in the desert, after fasting for 40 days and 40 nights.

The free prologue will have 2 gameplay modes/difficulties, normal for experienced players and a “story” mode for those who just want to experience the life of Christ. You’ll also be able to perform Jesus’ first miracle, turning water into wine.
