Fresh off this week’s new Famitsu magazine, we’ve learned that Hyrule Warriors, the Dynasty Warriors-esque spinoff featuring Link from The Legend of Zelda, has a release date.

The game will be arriving in Japan on August 14th, exclusively for the Wii U. The magazine also has the first details for the game’s story, although we’re waiting on a few sources to post that information (or clearer scans) online before we can translate and post it here.

A worldwide release date has not been confirmed yet, but we’ll keep you guys posted.
