Hopefully this DLC will include a new machine type to hunt.

Wonder how many people saw the forcefield armor and think it’s new.

Is the game actually any good?

I quite like it. It’s a hunting game above all else. There is a good variety of machines you get to take down and they require unique approaches and weapons to do so. The story is OK and it has an interesting take on the whole post apocalypse genre. There is some forced diversity here and there, but it’s not beating you over the head with it. The main negative for me is Ashly Burch’s voice acting – Aloy has some good lines and character moments, but they are delivered in such a dull monotone that it completely takes you out of it.

I usually avoid anything with either Burchs name on it like the plague. Shame really as this game did look kind of interesting, but fuck giving her any money.
Though thinking about it, I suppose there’s always pre owned.

I can understand that. If you are on the fence about a game a twat being in it can influence your decision. I myself wasn’t sure about it and even decided that I can switch the language to something else so that I don’t have to listen to her drone on.

Feminist agenda is present on this game, however, toned down, I say, its feminist/lefitist, but nothing sick or extermist, so, I have nothing against with Horizon franchise, just the main character is ugly proposital, because “male gazing” thing.

One of, if not, the best game on PS4 right now. Definitely up there with Bloodborne and Uncharted 4. A must have for gamers, not just ps4 owners. Best part is there’s no crap dlc in it, just worthy expansions like Bloodborne, this being the first expansion that is.
