Horizon: Zero Dawn is Delayed to February 2017 in USA, March in Europe

Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the release date for Horizon: Zero Dawnand it’s unfortunately not coming this year.

The robotic-dinosaur hunting game is set for a February 27th release in North America, followed by March 1st in Europe and March 3rd in the United Kingdom. The game was originally set for a release sometime later this year.

“It wasn’t an easy choice to make; we know many of you have been anxious to play the game since we first announced it,” Guerrilla Games managing director Hermen Hulst said in a PlayStation Blog post. “However, we also want to ensure that Horizon: Zero Dawn lives up to the visuals and gameplay quality that our games are known for. The new date affords us the extra time required to deliver fully on our ambitious vision for Horizon Zero Dawn.
