Hololive surprise released an anime short to promote their new project holoWitches.
Magical Girl holoWitches! is a brand-new multimedia project comprised of hololive VTubers that hopes to introduce various forms of content such as anime, manga, and livestreams based on magical girl lore and setting.
In a way, this is almost like a new unit similar to UMISEA. However holoWitches seems to include new takes on the character and may not be canon in the overall hololive lore, instead being more like an alternative story.
