A new trailer has come out for the project Hololive Alternative this time including more footage of Hololive members from EN (English) and ID (Indonesia).
Despite being announced over a year ago, we’re still not quite sure what Hololive Alternative is supposed to be. Is it an anime? A new multimedia project? An attempt to create a coherent lore binding all of Hololive together? It could be anything, all Cover Corp has to say is “this is a project that will create an alternative world you never knew existed,” which is incredibly nondescriptive to say the least.
Though if we had to hazard a guess, it’s probably all of the above. Late last year, Hololive released a series of short stories called Holonometria which are a part of the project and takes place in the fictional universe Hololive seems to be set in.

The trailer features the original song story time by Hololive singing group Star Flower (Hoshimachi Suisei, AZKi, Moona Hoshinova, and IRyS).
