Warner Bros. Games, Wizarding World, and Portkey Games have announced Hogwarts Legacy during the PlayStation 5 showcase.
The game launches in 2021 for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The game is developed by Avalanche, and was previously rumored to be in the works.
The open world action RPG takes place at Hogwarts during the 1800s, where your character is not only a new student at the school of witchcraft and wizardry, but able to master Ancient Magic. Along with customizing their character, players can decide how to wield this magic, and whether to use it for good or evil.
