Hitman III rebrands to Hitman: World of Assassination

Hitman III

Publisher and developer IO Interactive announced they’re rebranding Hitman III, the latest in the series, to have a new name and subtitle.

Hitman III, the third game in their new line of sequels, is being rebranded to Hitman: World of Assassination to better fall in line with the World of Assassination sub-series trilogy.

Furthermore, the first two games in the trilogy are being rolled into the new title as of January 26th, 2023, so the only option to play any of the three games after then will be the new World of Assassination trilogy release.

Here’s a rundown on the two options:

HITMAN – World of Assassination (approx. $70 USD or local equivalent)
Includes: HITMAN 3, plus H1 GOTY Access Pass and H2 Standard Access Pass.

HITMAN – World of Assassination Deluxe Pack (approx. $30 USD or local equivalent)
Includes: H3 Deluxe Pack, H3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection and H2 Expansion Access Pass.

Hitman III has been available for Windows PC (via the Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia.
