Hitman 3, also known now as Hitman World of Assassination, just got some banging new tunes and a killer clubbing outfit with its neon-colored DLC.
The Drop Pack, a World of Assassination DLC, adds new cosmetics, weapons and a whole new playable level to the already massive list of content present in Hitman 3, as well as cosmetics for the game’s Freelancer mode, which tasks experienced players with tackling missions in a more “roguelike” manner.

Players can hunt down the elusive target Alexios Laskaridis in the Drop Pack DLC for free as part of the current World of Assassination starter pack, which lets newcomers dive into Hitman‘s levels and pursue multiple elusive targets for no cost at all.
The free starter pack also coincides with World of Assassination‘s newest Season of Awakening, which brings in six elusive targets, new and returning contracts, more challenges, and a new celebrity elusive target with Sean Bean, who is fated to die in every piece of media he’s present in.

The Season of Awakening will challenge players and reward them with exclusive weapons, eccentric suits, and exciting new cosmetics:
- April 17 – Hanami Hitman – Travel to Hokkaido and unlock a brand-new weapon.
- May 12 – Quack? Quack! – Prepare to “Quack Quack Quack” your way to unlocking a stylish new suit.
- May 29 – Bend it like 47 – Lace-up your boots and secure some new studs to unlock an exciting new item.
What is an assassin without targets? Below you can see some of the contracts planned for Season of Awakening:
- March 27 – Girl Power -We’re proud to introduce “Girl Power,” a new Featured Contracts batch crafted by an anonymous community member. This passionate creator wanted to shine a spotlight on HITMAN’s female players, celebrating them in honor of International Women’s Day.
- May 12 – The Bandits – Longtime HITMAN fan Josthin makes his Featured Contracts debut with “The Bandits.” A dedicated player since Blood Money, Josthin has spent years refining his contract skills and is finally stepping into the spotlight.
- Returning Events – Some fan-favorite events are making their return, giving both seasoned Agents and newcomers another chance to experience thrilling challenges. Whether it’s taking down elusive targets or enjoying seasonal festivities, here’s what’s back:
- April 17 – May 11: The Undying Returns – Mark Faba’s uncanny ability to cheat death is put to the test once more. Will The Undying escape his fate again?
- Year 5 Elusive Targets: A fresh rotation of Elusive Targets is back, including The Rage, The Deceivers, The Revolutionary, The Liability, The Gunrunner, and The Stowaway. Get ready to take them down!

Hitman World of Assassination and the Drop Pack, as well as loads of other content can be played for free until April 6, 2025, while the Season of Awakening is just starting out, and lasts until May 31, 2025.
Hitman World of Assassination is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series XS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam), as well as PSVR2 as part of its newest season.
