Inkle have just launched their critically acclaimed adventure game 80 Days on the Nintendo Switch.
The game originally launched on iOS and Android in 2014, followed by a PC version on Steam and GOG in 2015. The game is set in a steampunk version of 1872 and follows the story of Phineas Fogg and Passpartout as they set of to win a £20,000 by trying to navigate the world in 80 days.
The Switch version of 80 Days features a heavily revamped interface that can work just as well with Joy-Cons as it does with touch controls. You can find the launch trailer above.
Here’s a rundown of the game:

Every city and journey is narrated via an interactive story where you control every action. Will your choices speed you up – or lead you into disaster? Will you earn Fogg’s trust and respect? Will you uncover the secrets and short-cuts that can shave days off your time? Murder, romance, rebellion and intrigue await!150 cities to explore. Millions of journeys. Detailed research and techno-fantasy combine in an 1872 of tensions, inventions and exploration.
