Hideo Kojima Teases His “Next Concept”

Now that Hideo Kojima has released his first opus after his departure from Konami, Death Stranding, the creator is already at work on the concepts for whatever his next project will be.

“Working on the next concept while no one is in the office,” the Metal Gear Solid creator said on Twitter. Here’s the accompanying photo Kojima posted:

If you’re looking at the photo with a magnifying lens, you won’t really find anything. The top wallpaper is a stock Mac OS wallpaper, and Kojima’s open software appears to be iTunes and the basic Mac text editor. There’s also some knick-knacks like a cast of Norman Reedus’ face, a Rotten Tomatoes paperweight, and Kojima’s Sony Walkman.

Recently, Kojima said that Kojima Productions will make full-scale movies in the future. Knowing his pedigree, he’ll continue to make games right alongside his purported movies.

Death Stranding is now available for PlayStation 4. In case you missed it, you can find our thorough review for the game here. The game is also coming to Windows PC sometime in 2020, via both Steam and the Epic Games Store.
