So it’s been quite awhile since we’ve heard -anything- about Sega and Tri-Ace’s upcoming Vita game, Phantasy Star Nova.

The game is like Phantasy Star Online, only without the MMO aspect. It allows up to four players to play the game cooperatively, and it’s looking pretty fantastic. Featured above, you can see a new trailer for the game from Sony’s “Big Summer Fireworks Showcase” event.

The game is set for a release on Vita sometime later this year, in Japan.
