We’ve finally gotten an in-game look at D3 Publisher’s upcoming open world peeping-tom game, Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakujo, via a new online preview on Famitsu.

The story takes place on a curious island named Yume Gashima, where the player embarks on a typical life in the local high school.

In your daily adventures on the island, you’ll be able to take on a variety of tasks from the locals. You’ll get some really odd requests, however, like being challenged with taking pictures of girls’ panties.

You’ll also get some typical fetch quests, but depending on how you progress, you’ll unlock new bits of story and even different endings. In case you’re looking for a challenge, you can also take on multiple quests at the same time.

The protagonist of the game is a young, high school boy who joins the school’s journalism club. Despite the protagonist’s affinity for taking photos at every opportunity, he is quite shy.

In order to get the best photos, he always carries his camera with him, and makes use of his surroundings, so that he doesn’t get caught. As pictured above, if you get noticed peeping, you will be taken into police custody.

Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakujo is coming to both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan some time next year.
