• Here are the First Details for Tales of Berseria’s Protagonist, Setting

    We’ve gotten the first details (via Anime News Network) for Tales of Berseria‘s protagonist, Velvet.

    The new information comes from this week’s Jump magazine. Velvet is showcased, saying: “I won’t give up. I’ll bite them as many times as it takes.”


    Following a catastrophic event three years ago, her life was forever changed. Now, she is becoming a deadly force to be reckoned with.

    The world is set within the Midgand Sacred Kingdom, a locale made up of several large continents, and an insurmountable number of islands. This is a world where shipmastery and the art of sailing have been advanced further than ever before.

    Despite the oceanic climate, in the north and south of the Midgand Sacred Kingdom, there are harsh climates like frigid winters, long-last summers, and more.

    Tales of Berseria is currently in development for Playstation 3 and Playstation 4.
