Crypton Future Media has announced a limited collaboration Secret Lair to bring virtual idol Hatsune Miku to Magic: the Gathering.

Secret Lair, a sub-brand by Wizards of the Coast and Magic: the Gathering, is teaming up with Crypton on the recently announced collab.

Called Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar, it will be a part of the Magic: the Gathering’s Spring Superdrop 2024. Here’s a teaser:

Six cards featuring the twin-tailed virtual singer were to be released, with their illustration style being a combination of Hatsune Miku’s anime aesthetics and Magic the Gathering’s more Western-style fantasy style.

Here’s a look at the cards in question:

To celebrate the release, a music video by Manbo-P, titled Secret Lair Collab – Spring, was released. Illustrated by hatahiro and animated by Mienohito, this video features Miku celebrating the new release of the cards. Check that out below:

The cards, which will be on sale on will have both English and Japanese versions, for US$29 for non-foil sets and US$39 for rainbow-foiled ones. They are available from  May 13 at 9 a.m. Pacific time until June 2 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time.
