Xbox Game Studios have announced the release date of Halo 3: ODST coming to Halo: the Master Chief Collection on Windows PC.

While Halo: the Master Chief Collection is complete on Xbox One, the various Halo games have been slowly added to the PC version [12, 3]. Halo: the Master Chief Collection is available on Windows PC (via the Microsoft Store, and Steam), and Xbox One. Halo 3: ODST available now on Xbox One, and September 22nd on Windows PC (via the Microsoft Store, and Steam).


Halo 3: ODST on Windows PC will boast 4K UHD graphics and 60 FPS where available, customizable mouse and keyboard support, ultrawide screen support, FOV customization, and more.

Halo 3: ODST comes to PC as the next installment in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Now optimized for PC, experience the events preceding Halo 3 through the eyes of Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODST) as they return to familiar ground and attempt to uncover the motivations behind the Covenant’s invasion of New Mombasa.
