Xbox Game Studios have announced the release date of Halo 2: Anniversary coming to Halo: the Master Chief Collection on Windows PC.

While Halo: the Master Chief Collection is complete on Xbox One, the various Halo games have been slowly added to the PC version. Halo 2: Anniversary boasts PC optimization (supporting 4K UHD and 60 FPS where available), 15 campaign missions, toggling between the remastered and original graphics, the 25 original multiplayer maps, and 7 new ones.

Halo 2: Anniversary comes to PC as the next installment in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Now optimized for PC, experience the impeccably remastered edition of the original Halo 2 game.
