Prime Matter and developer Iggymob have revealed a new cinematic trailer for the upcoming Gungrave G.O.R.E.

The game was announced back in 2017; but was delayed several times [1, 2] before being set to launch in 2022. The new release date was confirmed via the new cinematic trailer at the Future Games Show at Gamescom 2021. You can find that below.

Prior games in the series; including Gungrave, Gungrave: Overdose, and Gungrave VR, saw players take control of Grave; seeking bloody revenge against Millennion for killing his friend, and distributing the drug SEED. Even after Millennion are felled, the true nature of SEED means it returns again and again, with Grave needing blood to survive.

Pas games were third person shooter action games with a heavy emphasis on combat; using Grave’s giant handguns and other powerful weapons. While we have yet to see any gameplay of G.O.R.E.; the cinematic trailer would suggest this style of gameplay will return.

Gungrave G.O.R.E. launches 2022 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
