Perfect World and developer Gunfire Games (Darksiders III) have announced Remnant: From the Ashes.

The new game is a third-person, cooperative survival action-shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world, and it’s coming to Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One sometime next year. Featured above, you can view the reveal trailer for the game.

Gunfire describes the game as taking place within a war-torn Earth, overrun with creatures from another dimension known as “The Root.” Players will have to travel between dimensions through “dynamically-generated levels,” while crafting equipment and weapons, recruiting people to their home base, leveling their character up, and more.

Remnant: From the Ashes will be playable for the first time in public at this year’s Gamescom, as well as later at PAX West.
