This isn’t the first time TotalBiscuit has gotten developer backlash for his “WTF is…” series, a Youtube series where he reviews a game so terrible, it deserves its own channel aside from all the other games. This time, he’s in the hot seat for his review for Guise of the Wolf.
It has since been taken down via a copyright strike that was filed by the game’s developer, FUN Creators. Since then, FUN repeatedly denied taking his video down, TotalBiscuit took to his own personal twitter to set things straight and reveal that the developers simply disagreed with his review, and totally went nuts by filing against and taking his video down:
So @funcreators denied taking down our Guise of the Wolf videos. This email from them shows otherwise. http://imgur.com/47f4jt6
The image that he linked was a screen cap of the totally psychotic email that FUN Creators had sent him and his team, and things just get more completely insane from there. FUN took to their own twitter to again deny that they were taking action against him:
Please don’t play photoshop games until we sort out the problem. Do you want us to create an email sent by you to anyone?
The PR handlers at FUN Creators seem to just go completely nuts after this, either throwing their inhibitions away or possibly threatened with being fired, either way you can’t make this stuff up:
Ok guys, we are working on email now: It will be from TB to EA asking for a job. Just wait, then you will understand :D Source
@MathasStarcraft If somebody blackmailed you, what shall you do? Source
These two tweets have since been deleted, yet the most confusing one where they actually link the video proving the email is real, still remains:
Dear All, Please look at this surprise from a pro critic:

Lastly, FUN Creators sent TotalBiscuit one last threat in the form of an email, which he confirmed in a tweet:
So @funcreators has given us a last warning, this time in a consistent font http://ow.ly/tF4Mj
So what do you guys think? Have FUN Creators totally lost their minds, or is TotalBiscuit too scathing in his reviews? I personally think it’s the former, and not the latter.
