April 27, 2016 at 1:46 pmBecause he wasn’t ready for release back in February.
That’s like asking “Why didn’t the Incursion come with The Division base game in the first place?” Because it wasn’t ready then.

April 27, 2016 at 2:21 pmWhy did they give him a mall cop uniform? Why not fatigues or his tank-top? This just looks plain silly

It’s the Air Force Blues officer uniform without the jacket. That said, you’d think he’d pick a better outfit for fighting.
It’s probably just mostly so you have to buy his classic (and far superior) look via DLC.

April 28, 2016 at 11:40 amI kinda like this look better. It’s to keep up with the times of military apparel. His classic one just screams NAM vet to me.

April 28, 2016 at 3:57 pmOk, but the ABU is a modern military uniform and would have been a far better choice:

April 28, 2016 at 4:09 pmThat’s army and marines though right? Isn’t Guile in Air Force?
bgrunge
April 28, 2016 at 6:07 pmNo, ABU stands for “Airman Battle Uniform”. Every branch has their own fatigues now, even the Air Force and Navy.

April 29, 2016 at 7:12 pmThat’s nice. I’ll buy this game when it’s actually finished being developed. It might as be a used copy too. Thank you for teaching me how to be a responsible consumer, video game industry.
