Guided Fate Paradox Voice Actor Steps Down Due to Illness

Jun’ichi Miyake was slated to voice the main role in the upcoming sequel to Guided Fate Paradox titled Kamisama to Unmei Kakumei no Cross Thesis.  This was until NIS announced today that he would be stepping down from the role to recover from an illness.

People naturally become worried until Miyake himself announced via his blog that he was stepping down to get treatment for the common cold.

A very bizarre story indeed and it makes you wonder if there is more to it that we aren’t aware of.  Either way Kenji Nojima will be replacing Miyake in the lead role for the game and it’s due out July 24th in Japan.  No word on a western release yet.
