Rockstar Games have announced Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online will be heading to PlayStation 5.
As stated on the PlayStation Blog, the game has sold over 130 million copies, with the game now heading to PlayStation 5. This version will include technical improvements, visual upgrades, and performance enhancements.
In addition, Grand Theft Auto Online will also be heading to PlayStation 5 and free, with “additional GTA Online content exclusive to the latest generation hardware.” A standalone version of Grand Theft Auto Online will also be available exclusively for the first three months PlayStation 5.
Finally, all players of Grand Theft Auto V on PlayStation 4 (with PlayStation Plus) will get $1 million in GTA cash every month (deposited to their in-game Maze Bank account) until the game launches on PlayStation 5
