Grand Kingdom is getting delisted in Japan

Spike Chunsoft announced Grand Kingdom is getting delisted in Japan later this month on the PlayStation Store, alongside its servers finally shutting down.

Here’s the schedule for the game’s gradual sunsetting in Japan:

  • 2/28: End of sales of software and DLC on PlayStation Store
  • 3/27: Last war
  • 3/28: No war (you can only view the results from the 3/27 war)
  • 3/29: Server Shutdown

While Grand Kingdom is getting delisted in Japan and its servers are just now shutting down in Japan, the western servers for the game were actually shuttered back in 2019. The western PlayStation Store listings for the game are still available, but it remains to be seen if the game will be listed for much longer.

Grand Kingdom was originally released for PS Vita and PlayStation 4 in Japan back in November 2015, with a western release the following summer on both PS Vita and PS4. In case you missed it, you can find our thorough review on the game here – we recommend it.
