Publisher THQ Nordic has announced the Gothic Classic trilogy of games are coming to consoles.

The Gothic Classic trilogy, which includes Gothic Classic, Gothic 2 Complete Classic, and Gothic 3 Classic, is launching for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5 sometime in 2026.

While the first two games were re-released as Gothic Classic Khorinis Saga for Nintendo Switch since last year, Gothic 3 Classic is an entirely new release. 

“For the first time, Gothic 1, 2, and 3 will be available on consoles – with updated controls and full gamepad support,” the announcement reads. “Whether you’re revisiting the Colony or discovering Myrtana for the first time – it’s the perfect time to (re)experience the world of Gothic. Experience these cult classics on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One in 2026!”
