Developer Wolf Brew Games have announced the release date for Slain!, their gory hack ‘n slasher, on PC.

The gothic and heavy metal-inspired game is launching on PC via Steam on December 9th. You can already check out the game’s Steam page as well. The game was originally set for a release this month, however Wolf Brew needs more time to polish the game up.

The developer also confirmed on Twitter that the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation Vita, and Wii U versions are coming sometime in the middle to latter end of next year.

That’s disappointing, was looking forward to it on vita. Guess I’ll have to wait then.

I always wanted a Metalocalypse video game, I think it might look like this, but with better character art.

Looks pretty damn good. I like how smooth the animations are. Maybe this will be the Lords of Thunder of plataforming.

Not a big metal fan, but I really dig the aesthetics. I also like the small main character. helps put more stuff on screen.

Looks really nice and bloody. I’ll definitely give it a try when it hits consoles.
