Gorgeous Exploration Game Submerged is Coming to Playstation 4 in 2015

Uppercut Games have confirmed that Submerged, their gorgeous and yet sad-looking exploration game, is coming to Playstation 4.

The game was previously confirmed for both mobile and PC when it was announced last October. Players will be put in control of Miku and Taku, as they explore through a ravaged and clearly sunken ruins of a city. Featured above, a new trailer for the game’s PS4 announcement was shown off.

While story details are scarce, the primary focus in your journey will be finding shelter for Miku’s younger brother, Taku, so that she might be able to gather supplies and restore him back to full health. However, you cannot die in the game, so a focus is put on just enjoying the mysterious, relaxing adventure.

The game is built within Unreal Engine 4, and the team at Uppercut Games are devoted to making as immersive of an experience as possible, from the graphics to the soundtrack composed by BAFTA-Award Winner Jeff Van Dyck.

Submerged is set for a release on Playstation 4 sometime later this year.
