A user on Reddit has shared what games are currently available to play through this beta. More games are likely to be supported as time goes on. Quick notable mentions here include Asphalt 9: Legends, Genshin Impact, and Arknights.
You can try out the Google Play Games on PC beta by downloading it through their website. As it continues to be developed, the service should continue to improve. Hopefully it does not end up sharing the same fate as the late Google Stadia.
