A recent bombshell announced was that Goldeneye 007Â is getting a brand-new 4k remaster on Xbox consoles and Nintendo Switch.
It feels like it has been years since we first heard that a remaster was being developed. In fact, those rumors go all the way back to 2002 when Microsoft first purchased Rare Ltd. Now that dream remaster has become a reality for Xbox and Switch owners.
The HD Remaster is promising a new 4k resolution with higher framerates and Achievements support on Xbox consoles. But Nintendo may have ended up with the upper hand in this deal as it was reported that the famous multiplayer will be available to play online with your friends exclusively on Switch.
