GOG adds Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2

Dino Crisis

GOG has announced they’ve added both Dino Crisis and its sequel Dino Crisis 2 to its platform, the latest in their GOG Preservation Program focused on protecting classic games.

Both classic survival horror games by Capcom are now on the GOG store, completely DRM-free and with all content intact, alongside a bundle containing both games at a discount.

GOG also announced the launch of GOG Dreamlist, a new community-driven evolution of their previous Community Wishlist, where users can vote for what games they want GOG to revive and preserve in their Preservation Program.

“The GOG Dreamlist is a way to tell us, ‘This game mattered to me’, and to help us convince publishers to bring it back,” the company said in a press release. “Your votes keep the fire burning, even when negotiations get tough – for the games that are worth the fight.”

Here’s a blurb on both classic horror games, plus trailers for both:

Capcom’s Dino Crisis has left an incredible mark on the survival horror genre with its intense atmosphere and dinosaur-driven suspense, earning its place as a classic. The first game now supports Windows 10/11 and includes Original, Arrange, and PC-exclusive Operation Wipe Out modes. Updates feature enhanced DirectX rendering, ~4K resolution, modern controllers, and fixes for stability, transparency, and save issues. New options like V-Sync, Gamma Correction, and Anti-Aliasing offer a refined experience.
