Japanese developer Dragami Games announced the God Wars series has topped 400,000 copies sold, worldwide.

The new milestone includes worldwide sales across several platforms and was report at the end of the fiscal period last month.

Inspired by Japanese folklore, God Wars: Future Past is a tactical RPG that started the series and was released for PS Vita and PS4. It later got an expanded re-release, God Wars: The Complete Legend, for Switch, PS4, and PS Vita, and later got ported to PC (via Steam).

A direct sequel, God Wars 2, was announced way back in 2018 and hasn’t gotten an update since. Considering this new milestone and announcement, perhaps we’ll learn more soon.
