Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced (via Famitsu) Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match DX for Nintendo Switch.
An enhanced version of the PlayStation 4’s Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match, the game now has over 40 characters (along with those from Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 1 such as BC Freedom High School and Shark Team), new maps, new voice over, and “Senshado Fesitval” mode.

All of the above features will be available as DLC for the original PlayStation 4 version. The Switch version however is capable of local wireless multiplayer.
Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match DX will release in 2019 for Switch in Japan. The original Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match is out now on PlayStation 4, with the Southeast Asia copies having English subtitles.
